ANGLES

ANGLES is a trio based in the New York City area that celebrates interdisciplinary music making, and the intersectionality of performance and music education. With members of various cultural and ethnic backgrounds, as well as idiomatic musical training, the trio stands for music making across differences. Their debut, month-long concert series consisted of eight engagements including performances, educational endeavors, and recording sessions across the state of New York. Their eclectic programming includes classical repertoire, commissioned works, and selections from the jazz idiom. A three track EP, documenting a taste of the trio’s eclectic approach to classical repertoire is set to release in September of 2022.
